Ralph T. Buscarello
Founder and CEO
Mr. Buscarello has 48 years of experience in practical vibration-related machinery improvement, teaching it for the last 36 years in over 40 countries worldwide. Although Mr. Buscarello has engineering degrees, mechanical and administrative, both from the University of Denver, he is especially known for his down to earth approach that makes it all so easy to understand and apply.

After working with others and as an independent for several years, Mr. Buscarello founded Update International, Inc. in 1966. Mr. Buscarello is principally responsible for Update's reputation as the world leader in vibration-based machinery maintenance training. As a pioneer and leading authority on vibration analysis, he has conducted seminars in more than 40 countries worldwide. He currently leads the overall development of training and consulting services for the company in addition to strengthening relationships with its major customers.

Update seminar instructors and consultants use the same innovative techniques pioneered by Ralph. They convert what is too often a highly technical subject into one that is readily understood by practical people.
